Not Ragdolls - Ragstimes1 - 11-27-2020
but I'm going to a local shelter on Tuesday to look at a pair of 6 month old silver tabby girls. I love the names - Willow and Coco so if they respond to them, they will stay the same. They will not be at petsmart as planned because the local vet they use realized they are due for rabies shots (have to be at least 6 months old) so I'll go to the shelter and I'm hoping my neighbor goes with me. She has to see what the schedule looks like for her daughter and will let me know. The woman said that I obviously had other pet experience so they'll probably do the meet and greet and if we all like each other, they'll be coming home with me. I've never had female kitties. I decided to try rescue this time as all the ragdolls had health issues. I miss my boys but I'm excited about looking at Willow and Coco. I've been hauling things to the second floor out of the way and will start shampooing rugs tomorrow.
Here's what I think right now:
I can't even find a good breeder with any litters and blue eyes are a must.

the house just seems empty with only me in it. I'm quickly putting things away and will shampoo all the rugs to get it ready. I can't imagine having kittens again but am pretty excited about it. I keep thinking I hear Jamie or just saw him in the hall. Miss my squirt!!

I adopted Fluffy about 10 days after I lost my Jack Russell Eddie.
I wasn't planning on doing it that soon, but the house felt so empty with just me in it...

off today to look for some "normal" size litter boxes, a small bag of Royal Canin kitten and a small bag of blue buffalo kitten as I will probably switch them over. I have to find something other than clumping litter and I think she said they were using paper pellets but that they sure did not control the smell. I've used corn before and may look at that. Excited!! When I get back, I think I'll have to start shampooing rugs. Oh, what fun.
