Now this one nearly killed me because I looked for my black cat Eli one day for hours. I was printing up posters to put up around the neighborhood when I happened to look under the kitchen table and catch the glint of his yellow eyes. It's a black pedestal base and he totally blended. Not only had I been calling him the whole time but I'd looked under there a dozen times...

Stan is the Cat Whisperer in our house. Well, actually, he is the Cat Snorer. For whatever reason, our cats have always thought his snores were purrs and would pile up on him at night. Snore, answering purr, snore, answering purr. He can sleep through the whole thing and I lay awake for hours listening to the cacophony or is that "catcaphony)?
