RE: Fosco: In Memoriam - Codysmom - 11-20-2019

I'm just popping in to say a HUGE big THANK YOU to everyone for your support and condolences. I will still personally thank each one of you, but it's been a tough 2+ months and at the moment I'm totally drained. However, I want you to know how much your support means to me, I know you all understand how I am feeling right now.

In the meantime I'm posting this tribute I made for my beautiful boy where I've tried to express how I feel and what a special boy he was to me.
Thank you again dearest Larissa for posting this thread on my behalf, words can't express my appreciation for all you've done and meant to me during this difficult time. xoxo

FIP is terrible and has been intractable. Since it is not conclusively diagnosable in life, it means one must proceed largely on the assumption it is not FIP and give the cat the best chance at recovery. Folks should consider research projects like Sock FIP that are seeking better tools.

Thank you Jan, your input and knowledge of this wonderful breed is something I've always appreciated.

Thank you so much Gina, our fur babies are so special. x

Exactly Sue, just how I feel. Thank you for your kind word, I truly appreciate them. x

I am sorry that anyone has to suffer such a loss.
Progress is being made but not soon enough. I will when I can make a donation to the Bria Fund in Fosco's name.

Thank you for offering to donate to the Bria Fund Becky, it is so thoughtful of you and I appreciate it more than you can know. I know you will understand how I feel. Losing a fur baby so young to this horrible disease is just so heartbreaking. x

Your loving words say what, I believe, is in all of our hearts for our lost babies. Thank you.

Dear friend, you were such a support to me in hard times! My heart is breaking with yours. How magnificent is it that there are places throughout our planet however far or remote that remember and will never forget our dear Fosco!

RE: Fosco: In Memoriam - Codysmom - 02-11-2020

Thank you so much MM! It is still very painful for me to even think of Fosco without the tears flowing. He was such an amazing cat and I miss him terribly. But as you say, he is fondly remembered by many and I'm truly grateful to everyone who has supported me with their words of comfort and just understanding how painful it is to lose a beloved fur baby. I appreciate it so much! xoxo

I'm new to the forum, but I want to express my most sincere sympathy on the loss of Fosco. He is beautiful.

Losing them can be the worst. I have never grieved like I grieved for my standard poodle of eleven years. I sobbed every day for a year. I thought I would never stop crying.

Big hug ( )

Susan

Thank you so much Susan, it's almost a year and I still cry whenever I think of my boy, he was my baby who loved being around me, my buddy and companion. Still miss him terribly. xo
