I've been trying but Fluff has been very uncooperative!!! He has taken to swatting the camera with his paw Big Grin

This is still the best photo I have of him (taken on Christmas Day when he was 2 years old).

However I will persevere and see if I can get a better one...

I had senior panels done on both of my boys and before I could say a thing the vet shaved a giant bald spot on both of their ruffs in order to draw the blood so I'm waiting for that to look less hideous. Hopefully in another few weeks. They're both healthy fortunately even though Tiki has been on prednisolone for almost 8 years now. Oh and the most annoying part about shaving them is that my uncommonly strong Tiki was having no part of a needle in his neck anyway. Even with a tech helping they couldn't get his blood there so he also has a shaved patch on his leg. We are very lucky that he is generally a very compliant guy.

Beautiful shot of Fluff. Looking forward to the new ones.

Wow, the vet here has never shaved a ruff...always does the leg. Fortunately, the fur grows back. So glad the panels were good...Pooka and Paddy go in August.

I was horrified. Both my guys have a nice full ruff and it's so obvious that a giant chunk is gone. I had a mobile vet come in who isn't my regular vet because thanks to Covid no vets are allowing you to come in with your pets and I can't do that to Eli. Tiki would have been fine since he routinely tries to leave with strangers.
I hope that Pooka and Paddy also have good check-ups!

Thank you. Our vet, too, is not yet allowing people in with their animals. Hopefully that will change in August. It is not really a problem for us because Pooka has been in love with Dr. Brown since she was a kitten. They have exactly the same shade of blue eyes...she melts for him. Paddy will be fine as long as Pooka is in the room with him. He would not do well by himself.

This is a beautiful photo of Fluff, so if in the end he doesn't cooperate, it'll do nicely. Often using different colours and themes on the calendars makes the photos fresh and new as well. I love it!

Oh dear! Is there only a section of the ruff shaved off or all of it? Just wondering whether I could Photoshop the chunk back again? Would have to see what they look like perhaps.
