Pam's still feeling poorly so I'm happy to post these adorable pics of Fluff showing his meowmy he's still the boss no matter where they live! xx

Thanks so much Gina - he's enjoying claiming all of his favourite places...

We had an INCIDENT on the first night where somehow he managed to leap from the cat scratcher to the top of the wardrobe. I was so tired from moving and didn't know I was coming down with Covid so I'm ashamed to say I fell asleep on the bed for a while before waking up and thinking: sh*t he's still up there...

BOY was he giving me stink-eye!!! Briefly considered calling a fireman with a ladder - then thought: you've got this...

Went into the lounge-room - got second cat scratcher and placed it in top of the first cat scratcher holding them stable so he could get down. He clambered down and I moved all the cat scratchers back in place, making sure the first one was far enough away from the wardrobe - or so I thought!!! Wink

A few minutes later - he was up there again!!! Repeated previous process and have successfully rescued him again. I wish I could let him up there - but that wardrobe is seven and a half feet high!!! He can get up but there's just no way for him to get down safely. So sadly it's off-limits...

PS: Having his hard carrier inside his pram was so perfect for the move. I was so glad I had it set up that way because it made the move that much more comfortable for him and so much easier for me. I always felt like he was safe and protected during the move and it gave me such peace of mind.

I thought about getting some Feliway - but ordered him some Kong catnip instead. It's arriving today and I can't wait to sprinkle some in his favourite places!!! Because he doesn't have his outdoor enclosure anymore I have to plan exciting activities each day...

YAY!!! The catnip just arrived and I sprinkled it inside his bus to Meowtown cardboard cat scratcher.

He's loving himself sick right now...

Gorgeous photos of Fuffy. Glad he's settling well. Maybe you could do what we did for Tigga he also loved sleeping on top of the wardrobe was his favourite spot to sleep. So we made a set of stairs for him from the top of the tower up to the top of the wardrobe and put a bed up there for him. He loved it. Sorry your still feeling unwell. Praying for your recovery.

Thanks Helen - it's just ongoing tiredness since Covid and 'brain fog'. I'm luckier than so many others, so I'm just focusing on that.

This morning I carried the second cat scratcher into the bedroom and held it in place so he could get up (and then down again) from the wardrobe. Then I put both cat scratchers back in their proper places in separate rooms.

I may end up doing this each day... Blush
