Same here from Midnight nobody's allowed to go out except to buy food for 4 weeks. Even my home help has been cancelled and all shops will be closed except for essential services. I'm not stocked on food as I havn't been able to do my normal online shopping for 3 weeks now. Everything is out of stock not to mention all delivery slots full a week in advance... I've finally managed by staying up till midnight last night to get a slot for Tuesday 31st of March for a food order delivery but whether I'll get it remains to be seen. The one I ordered for yesterday out of $120 I got $40 worth and half of that was for my mum there was no bread, milk, meat, potatoes, fruit or vegetables. Got plenty of cat food though maybe I'll have to resort to that. Unfortunately due to his age hubbies not allowed to go into supermarket and I can't either due to my lung disease and diabetes so praying like crazy management can get my order and everyone else in the village tomorrow. Can't believe the supermarket cancelled all the village orders this morning very disappointing when they are talking about helping the elderly. I was completely out of milk thank goodness one of the care co-ordinators went and got me a bottle from the kitchen in the rest home. Friday have to go to hospital for eye lazer surgery so relieved its still happening as its to try and save what vision I have left in my left eye. Hubby will have to take me as even the St John Shuttle has closed services. He will drop me off and go park up somewhere and remain in the car don't want him put at risk. I'll text him when ready for pickup.
