  Thank you so much! I have read so much conflicting information. It is really frustrating when breeders are giving incorrect information too. I’m really excited about talking to Edie this afternoon. Hopefully soon I will be able to bring home a sweet little ragdoll. I can’t wait! In the meantime I want to learn as much as I can.

  Some do it to mislead and some do it because they have been misled.

  I can definitely see how that can easily happen to a breeder starting out. It is overwhelming trying to figure out what is accurate and what is not as someone new to the breed.

  Good for you asking questions and getting educated before you buy. Unfortunately there are many backyard breeders who prey on those without knowledge and people end up disappointed and/or heartbroken.
