The weather is really scary we are in for another big hit.. Cyclone Gabrielle is forecast to be one of the most serious storms to hit NZ this century, bringing up to 300mm of rain and 150km/h winds that could cause widespread further damage to North Island regions
Large waves and a storm surge are expected to affect northern and eastern coastlines from Sunday. People are being warned to stock at least three days’ worth of supplies, including medication, water and food. At least the boys have managed to have this week out in the enclosure we managed a little bit of sun this week but not very warm I'm still in jeans and long sleeve tops. No summer this year.. We will bring cat towers in on Saturday night and the artificial turf and lock them in again. As for my new garden lost one plant so far and another one not looking too good. I also very stupidly replanted 3 of my pots. Hubby will take them down off the wall and put under the eaves hopefully will protect them a bit. -

Thanks Ladies. I know worst isn't till Monday Tuesday but been told to prepare today. Wind is already picking up which boys don't like at the best of times. Both asleep inside today Zimba behind the couch and Shadow in the bedroom. This arvo they will have a choice of 3 towers in the bedroom lol. As long as I can get into bed. -
