  HelenMac - I was sorry to hear about your knee - it sounds very painful!!!
  
  Fluffy darted between my legs once as I was bringing the clean washing in. I sprinted after him and threw all the clean washing over him like a net. It worked really well. He went floppy as soon as the washing landed on him so I was able to recapture him quickly, but it gave me such a scare...
  
  I haven't moved that fast in years...my hips and my knees protested for days afterwards...
