A very happy mum the most glorious site I looked out the window as I made my breakfast and for the first time in 6 weeks Shadow is asleep outside on the tower. Best of all last night he came and gave me a quick cuddle twice then 5am came and patted my shoulder for me to lift the covers so he could get in and go down to my feet. What a heavenly feeling having that paw draped over my feet. -

So Gabe the vet rang to see how Shadow is doing we have booked Shadow in for repeat shots on the 4th December. Also suggested I put him on green muscle drops and said wouldn't hurt for Zimba to start also. It reduces inflamation but also helps joints ligaments ect as cats age so going to do that. Only 2 drops per day can put in the food. Said Shadow definitely has osteoarthritis elbows and possible stifles as well. Never ever heard of it. Will have to ask about that when see him next. He reckons Shadow's going to need the shots every 4 weeks which unless things change over hear with my medical costs I really don't think we can do it. As it is his vet bill this time took half the money for my next 3 months diabetic consumables and then still got the next visit on top of. Gabe has been so sweet he has only charged me for the tests and shots and next visit will only be for the shots again but he can't keep doing that he is running a practice he really loves the animals that's for sure and goes the extra mile to help... So I'm praying the green lip muscle will help so we can do 8 weeks instead of 4 still be tuff but once I'm recovered from surgery and can crochet again I can make and sell more cat and baby blankets to help pay for the shots. -
