What a long day yesterday turned out to be. Wesley and Dante were scheduled to arrive around 3pm, so I phoned the airport just after 12pm to make sure the boys were definitely ON the flight, only to hear they had cancelled that flight and the boys were only going to be put on the later flight. My heart just sank, I was so concerned about the boys knowing that the breeder had dropped them off at the airport at 7.15am to fly to Johannesburg and then the connecting flight to come to us!!!!

I contacted the breeder and he had put them in a large carrier with food, water and a litter box, which was a relief, but were both very concerned about them.

Linda and I were at the airport really early and e-v-e-n-t-u-a-l-l-y much to our relief the poor babies arrived at around 6pm, it was such a long day for them and we were thankful they were at least travelling together.

We brought them both first to me and allowed them to settle a bit.

Well, I know I'm biased but do declare they are the cutest little boys EVER! They came out the carrier and started exploring a bit, started playing a bit, ate, drank used the litter box and then played again. Loved being groomed, they purred like little engines making biscuits. So amazed at how quickly they started to settle.

It was sad when we had to separate them, but Wesley seemed fine and still very playful. Last night he purred up a storm when we went to bed, he is just the most adorable little boy.

So far Cody and Katy have sniffed under the safe room door, no hissing or growling yet, in fact they don't seem very concerned, more inquisitive. So I'm hoping with the slow introductions that it will go really well.

Anyway, enough of all my chit chat. Here are a few photos. I will post more as I do have (also of Dante), but just for you to see these darling little cutie-pies.

DANTE - it was getting a bit dark to photograph, but you can see how cute he is.

The rest are all WESLEY, haven't uploaded more of Dante yet.

Congratulations, I am so happy for you!! What gorgeous boys. I am glad the boys arrived safely and Wesley is doing so well.

I think the day was much more stressful for you than for them. These boys are too purrfect for words. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy.

I'm sure you're glad you don't have to do the 7 hour drive but equally glad the boys are both home where they belong now. Wesley is adorable. I have a feeling he is going to keep you entertained for hours on end.

So glad both boys are finally home safe and sound!!! Congratulations - they are absolutely GORGEOUS!!! Looks like Wesley has taken everything in his stride and is settling in beautifully. And - he's already posing for his mama!!! Looking forward to more updates about his adventures. What a wonderful life he is going to have... xox

You're probably right Gina, Wesley is such a live wire, he's keeping us on our toes. Lol

Thank you so much Sue. He certainly is keeping us entertained, Fozzy and Katy weren't as busy as he is. Lol

Thank you Helen, he really is adorable, and whenever he discovers something new, he makes a sweet little chirping sound, I think I'm going to have another chatterbox like Cody.

Thank you! He is settling is extremely well and is so playful, always up to something and can jump and climb really well. Got to keep an eye on the little monkey. Haha
