Neither Bene-Bac nor pumpkin should interfere with his producing stool. I would not worry as long as he is active and alert. In general, diarrhea will be produced faster than firmer stool, so perhaps some delay is a good sign.

Pooka has had the chronic constipation since she was a very young kitten. For years she has had a daily dose of MiraLax. Occasionally, she will have a major "pudding poop" blow out.
When that happens we stop giving her MiraLax for a couple of days. But because she has so thoroughly emptied her bowl and colon, she may not have any bowl movement for a few days until the digested food waste can build up again. Maybe that is what is happening with Jaxon now.
