Hi all, Just ordered one and am wondering if everyone who has it still likes it? Also does it work with any brand of litter? -

Yes love it best thing I ever bought. Really worth the investment. Made life so much easier for me especially with all the hand surgeries. Only have to empty the drawer below twice a week with my two boys and its so easy and quick. Saves on litter too. I use clumping with charcol and baking soda no smell and we are in a 2 bed villa and bathroom where it is is off the hallway right opposite living area. Both boys took to it straight away. I only do a complete pull apart clean every 4-5 months. -

I love mine! It is the best purchase I have made and though it is crazy expensive it is absolutely worth every penny. I have a ton of health problems and getting in the floor to clean the litter box several times a day was becoming a struggle. I use the Slide litter, it doesn’t stick and works perfectly. Since I just have Jaxon I usually have to empty the drawer about every 10 days. Make sure you pull the drawer out and shake it every couple of days so the sensor doesn’t think it is full before it actually is. When I first got it I would go change the drawer out every time I got a notification on my phone the drawer is full. I have since realized it doesn’t need to be changed until you get a notification saying it is full and will no longer cycle. The only time I have smelled it is when he first goes before it cycles. After it cycles I never smell it.
I forgot to add, I was really worried my Jax would be scared of it at first. The company recommended leaving his old litter box beside it for a day or two until he used the litter robot. I left the old one a few days but he never got in it one time after the new one was ready. He loves it. He is fascinated with the cycle and loves to jump in as it is finishing. I get multiple notifications daily that the cycle is paused because he jumped it. Thankfully when he does it stops until after he gets out lol. -

Well day 2 with the new box and so far this is the only part of it he's having, the giant bag it came wrapped in...

I hope your handsome boy will start using it soon. They have videos with advice on their website for getting cats started on it. I have not watched them so I can’t say how helpful they are. -

He's using it now and has stopped using the old one. They say it's designed to accommodate big cats but he just fits in the space and I think that was what he was adjusting to. It's a bit awkward and he doesn't stay to bury but that takes care of itself 7 minutes later so I think we're good. It's nice to know he's using a fresh box every time and that, if I ever get to go away again, that babysitters won't have to do that chore. -

So glad Tiki's taken to it and I think he'll get used to it being a bit tight in there for him especially if every time he has to use his litterbox is nice and clean for him. xo
