Hello everyone, I wanted to take a second to introduce myself. I'm mouse / maddy, and I found this forum originally when I was trying to learn more about mink / sepia / solid ragdolls. Although small, I thought the community seemed nice, so I figured I'd join & stick around for a bit. :-)
I'm a bit shy, but I'll still try not to step on any toes. It seems like this community has been around for a while, prior to moving here! Any fun stories?
Oh, and of course, my relationship with raggies -- I love them! I got my first when I was a little kid, who’s still alive ( 17 this year! ) but lives with my mom, as she bonded with her when I had to move out for school. But in just a couple weeks, I'll finally be getting my first cat since then ... and of course, she'll be another ragdoll. ;-) I have attached some baby photos of her sent by the breeder, but hopefully I will be able to stop by here now & then to share more as she grows up.
Thanks for having me yall, hope everyone's doing well.

Hubby is on his way up to Auckland to pick up our little girl. I'm so excited but also a bit apprehensive praying this time goes better.. Meanwhile I'm here getting her safe private zone ready. Decided wasn't going to lock her in our bedroom as it made it too difficult when Zimba wanted to go in the enclosure ect and meant he couldn't get to me at night if he wanted me.. Instead we built a room divider out of a huge big refrigerator box we got from the store and the pen so she will have the kitchen dining and bit of the lounge for her self we put her new cat tower in there aswell... Gives her room to play and sleep plus be able to see us. We put a big mesh screen up so her and Zimba can see each other but not have contact.. It means Zimba can get to me at all times and still have access to the enclosure. When he's asleep in the bedroom we will let her out to explore the rest of the lounge. I will put her in the pen at night so I know she is secure and Zimba can't get to her. The feliway is plugged in and running. Do you think I should leave one half of the pen covered so she can hide if she wants. I am going to put her carrier in there for a bed as breeder will put her own blankie in there for the trip down plus she has a open bed also.
