I eventually managed to get some news from her.  She had a burst appendix a few weeks back and the poor dear has been in hospital since.  She hopes to be back online soon.  Get well soon dearest Larissa, we miss you!  Much love and hugs. ❤️❤️❤️   Suggestions Needed Posted by: Smudge's Mom - 09-10-2023, 03:10 PM - Forum: General Chat - Replies (4) Paddy's fur is starting to show its age (he is 15 1/2).  The texture has gotten quite rough (still tons of it).  I was wondering if any of you have used a supplement that has soften the fur and/or added a bit of oil to it.  He was just to the vet for a 6 month wellness check and all is good.  I would ask there, but they never suggest anything that is less than $50 (of course they carry it).  I am sure there are some good products on the market that are less costly.  Thanks for the help.   Happy 3rd birthday, Wesley! Posted by: Codysmom - 08-27-2023, 02:50 PM - Forum: Ragdoll Cat Gallery - Replies (5) Well my dear friends, I know it's been an age since I last posted any news after our move last year, I'm happy to say that the move went well, the trip took ages but the fur babies were fine and they've all settled in to their new home really well.  the internet has been problematic, I think it took me about an hour just to post this thread, but here it is at last. I'll try to post a thread soon with ALL the furries, but since it was Wesley's 3rd birthday yesterday, I felt it would be bad not to share a few pics of him taken during the course of this year to celebrate.  Wesley, soon after we arrived in our new home overlooking his domain from his new vantage point on the top step. On top of the cat tower - he loves heights! close-up he's such a character, makes us smile every day.  The little stinker on the dining room table. The tortie girl, Spirit, allowed me to touch her for the first time yesterday.  I petted her head and her shoulders...I am still in shock.  Her sister Phantom (all black) has always been as friendly as any indoor born and breed kitty. Posted by: Smudge's Mom - 07-23-2023, 03:13 PM - Forum: General Chat - Replies (2) ...just let me say that I hope whoever invented paper towels won a Nobel Prize.   Big mistake two upset boys Posted by: HelenMac - 07-18-2023, 04:27 PM - Forum: Ragdoll Cat Discussion - Replies (2) Had the groomer come yesterday decided to do it out in the enclosure thought the boys would prefer out there than in the garage.  Oh boy what a mistake.  Shadow growled the whole time and as for Zimba he howled and howled even the groomer was surprised as she has done them before..  Two very unhappy boys and now neither of them will go in the enclosure and its 24 hours later.   After I vaccumed up all the fur I even sprayed catnip all thru the enclosure on the towers and bench and artificial turf.   Hope they get over it. Today is such a beautiful winter sunny day they should be out there lazing in the sun making the most of it cause tomorrow the rain hits again..   What Does This Say About My...
